i am convinced that learning a language is most efficient when you enjoy the process of learning and feel your improvement. the same holds for teaching. regardless of whether face-to-face, online or blended. that is why my language classes are challenging and fun at the same time. i have experience in teaching a wide range of target groups: from no-literacy to nearly native speaker language learners. i am captivated with the technological solutions in language learning & teaching and design my classes in the way that my students are sure to be at the forefront of foreign language acquisition, especially in terms of teaching methodology.

SPECIALIZED AND AUTHORIZED TRANSLATOR SINCE 2010

as a translator, I work hand in hand with language technology. i post-edit machine-generated texts, rely on computer-aided-translation software, resort to translation memories, parallel texts and corpora, create and maintain terminology bases, do translation quality assessment and what not. And yet, beyond all the technology, the core of my translation acitivity has always been and still remains working with languages and cultures to ensure that the message reaches its recipient as rapidly and accurately as possible.
